12/8 week plan

12/8- 5 mile run @ easy pace, 1 mile walk warm/cool.  extra 1 mile walk, quick ab routine after work

12/9- upper body weights in am, 3 mile walk at lunch

12/10- 8 mile run, 5 @ tempo pace (7:30)

12/11- full body weights in am, 4 mile run after work @ easy pace

12/12- SRD. My 28th birthday!

12/13- long run. 11-12 miles  only did 5

12/14- full body weights

 

22 miles for the week.
