I dont remember if I posted for 11/29- 11 miles
12/1 3 miles… giving 5 days a week a shot against my better judgement. Again.
I think I might use this opportunity of 3 easy/ short running days to sleep in a bit later and keep the 430 alarm for the longer days (Wednesday). I might do the 2 x day workin out again, too. I like the structure of this week of running. I might keep it as my ‘base’ later on.
Whatever. Running sucks, but I love it dearly. I would much rather run than be an obese fat whale in a scooter at wal-mart. But thats just me.
